Pagi ini layanan KRL berjalan lancar dan tertib. Jika dibandingkan Senin (17/1) pekan lalu di waktu yang sama, volume pengguna KRL pada Senin (24/1) pagi ini hingga pukul 08.00 WIB tidak jauh berbeda dibanding Senin pekan lalu. Apabila pekan lalu mencapai 151.373 pengguna, maka pagi ini tercatat ada 151.080 pengguna.
Ada beberapa stasiun yang mencatatkan kenaikan volume pengguna dibanding pekan lalu, antara lain Stasiun Depok Baru (7.156 pengguna, naik 2%) dan Stasiun Tangerang (4.097 pengguna, naik 1%). Sementara itu, stasiun yang mencatatkan penurunan antara lain Stasiun Bojonggede (11.713 pengguna, turun 1%), Stasiun Bogor (11.209 pengguna, turun 1%, dan Stasiun Bekasi (9.384 pengguna, turun 1%).
KAI Commuter mengajak pengguna KRL untuk disiplin menerapkan protokol kesehatan sehubungan terus bertambahnya kasus Covid-19. Selain itu, KAI Commuter juga mengajak pengguna mengatur waktu perjalanannya dengan mengakses aplikasi KRL Access agar terhindar dari potensi kepadatan di stasiun maupun di dalam KRL.
Sebanyak 1.005 perjalanan KRL dioperasikan KAI Commuter setiap hari, dimana lebih dari 50% perjalanan melayani pengguna saat jam sibuk pagi dan sore hari. Petugas akan melakukan penyekatan di stasiun dan pembatasan saat naik KRL apabila kondisi sudah memenuhi kuota.

Mobilitas pengguna KRL mulai sedikit berkurang pada pekan ketiga Januari ini. Selama hari kerja di pekan ketiga Januari, KAI Commuter melayani rata-rata 499.100 pengguna per hari. Angka ini turun tiga persen dibanding pekan kedua Januari dengan rata-rata 516.255 pengguna per hari. Hal ini sejalan dengan imbauan pemerintah agar masyarakat mulai mengurangi mobilitas dan aktivitas di luar rumah mengantisipasi naiknya kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia.
Meskipun demikian, Senin masih tercatat sebagai hari dengan volume pengguna tertinggi di setiap pekannya. Pada Senin (17/1) lalu volume pengguna KRL sebanyak 528.011 pengguna, sedangkan Senin (10/1) sebelumnya mencapai 528.181 pengguna. KAI Commuter imbau agar pengguna KRL yang akan beraktivitas kembali di Jakarta dapat merencanakan perjalanannya dengan memanfaatkan layanan KRL pada hari libur ini agar terhindar dari potensi kepadatan di awal pekan.
Mengingat saat ini masuk musim penghujan, pengguna KRL diimbau untuk mempersiapkan payung atau jas hujan serta menggunakan alas kaki yang tidak licin. Selain itu, tetap disiplin dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan menggunakan masker dan menjaga jarak baik di stasiun maupun di dalam KRL.
Sementara itu, KAI Commuter juga mengajak pengguna untuk menggunakan KRL hanya untuk kepentingan mendesak, dan manfaatkan fleksibilitas terkait jam kerja maupun bekerja dari rumah bagi pekerja. Hal ini untuk menghindari potensi kepadatan dan antrean saat hendak menggunakan KRL, karena selama pandemi ini pola mobilitas masyarakat masih hanya terpusat pada jam-jam sibuk pagi dan sore hari.
Saat ini KAI Commuter telah mengoperasikan 1.005 perjalanan KRL per hari yang mayoritas melayani pengguna di jam-jam sibuk. Selain itu aturan dan protokol kesehatan selama pandemi juga tetap ditegakkan oleh petugas. Pengguna wajib menunjukkan sertifikat vaksin melalui scan aplikasi atau pun menunjukkan fisik sertifikat tersebut. Setiap pengguna juga wajib menggunakan masker ganda saat masuk stasiun. Selain itu, petugas akan melakukan antrean penyekatan di stasiun untuk menjaga agar kapasitas pengguna di dalam kereta tidak lebih dari 45%. Wastafel tambahan juga tetap tersedia agar pengguna mudah untuk cuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah naik KRL. KAI Commuter mengajak pengguna untuk tetap disiplin protokol kesehatan saat menggunakan transportasi publik, terutama KRL.

KAI Commuter sebagai penyedia jasa layanan KRL Commuterline Jabodetabek terus melakukan transformasi kualitas layanan kepada penggunanya. Berbagai peningkatan layanan diupayakan dengan tujuan menjadi solusi ekosistem transportasi bagi pengguna. Upaya perbaikan layanan ini juga diwujudkan dengan kolaborasi bersama pemerintah dalam hal ini Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian Kementerian Perhubungan.
Dalam beberapa tahun kebelakang, penyediaan sarana KRL yang andal untuk pengguna menjadi salah satu fokus perbaikan layanan. Hingga saat ini, KAI Commuter memiliki 1.196 unit KRL dari yang sebelumnya pada tahun 2018 hanya mempunyai 934 unit KRL. Peningkatan ini juga diiringi penyediaan suku cadang dan inovasi dalam metode perawatan untuk meningkatkan keandalan sarana.
Dari 1.196 unit KRL yang dimiliki, KAI Commuter setiap harinya menyiapkan 94 rangkaian untuk melayani pengguna dan tiga rangkaian cadangan. KRL yang dimiliki KAI Commuter dibagi dalam tiga jenis stamformasi (SF) kereta yaitu rangkaian yang terdiri dari 8 kereta, 10 kereta, dan 12 kereta. KAI Commuter saat ini memaksimalkan kapasitas angkut menggunakan 43 rangkaian dengan SF 12, 47 rangkaian dengan SF 10, dan 20 rangkaian dengan SF 8.
Dengan sarana yang andal, secara bertahap KAI Commuter dapat menambah frekuensi perjalanan termasuk di masa pandemi ketika jam operasional justru berkurang. Sejak akhir 2021 KAI Commuter mengoperasikan 1.005 perjalanan per hari dengan waktu operasional mulai pukul 04.00 hingga 22.00 WIB. Sementara pada 2018 terdapat 936 perjalanan KRL per hari, 2019 terdapat 958 perjalanan KRL, dan pada 2020 terdapat 964 perjalanan KRL. Pada tahun ini KAI Commuter juga memprogramkan penambahan perjalanan secara bertahap.
Penambahan frekuensi perjalanan dan jumlah sarana sebagai upaya perbaikan layanan juga dilakukan dengan kolaborasi bersama Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian Kemenhub yang bekerja keras melakukan modernisasi infrastruktur perkeretaapian. Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian terus melanjutkan pembangunan Double Double Track (DDT) Manggarai – Cikarang dan melakukan modernisasi stasiun di sepanjang Lintas Bekasi. Di lintas tersebut, pada tahun 2021 Kemenhub telah membuka gedung baru Stasiun Manggarai dan Stasiun Bekasi untuk melayani pengguna. Sementara pada 2020 Stasiun Jatinegara hasil revitalisasi juga telah dioperasikan. Dan sebelumnya pada 2018 lima stasiun lain di lintas tersebut juga telah selesai direvitalisasi. Bangunan baru stasiun hasil revitalisasi memiliki aksesibilitas dan fasiltas layanan yang lebih baik, dilengkapi dengan lift, eskalator, toilet disabilitas, ruang laktasi, pos kesehatan, dan hall maupun peron yang lebih luas untuk melayani pengguna KRL.
KAI Commuter selanjutnya juga melakukan modernisasi dan digitalisasi layanan transaksi tiket elektronik (e-ticketing). Penambahan jumlah gate elektronik rutin dilakukan seiring perkembangan layout dan luasan stasiun untuk mengakomodir tambahan jumlah pengguna. Selain menggunakan kartu, sistem e-ticketing KAI Commuter juga dapat membaca tiket dengan sistem kode QR.
KAI Commuter juga terus mengembangkan Kartu Multi Trip (KMT) untuk mendorong masyarakat menggunakannya sebagai kartu bertransportasi. KMT saat ini dapat digunakan untuk membayar parkir di stasiun-stasiun KRL. Selain itu KMT juga dapat digunakan untuk naik Kereta Bandara Soekarno – Hatta. Dan, mulai Oktober 2021 KMT sedang diuji coba sebagai tiket untuk moda transportasi lain yaitu pada Trans Jakarta, MRT Jakarta, dan LRT Jakarta. Uji coba ini juga akan diperluas dengan pilihan moda transportasi di sejumlah wilayah lainnya.
Besarnya minat masyarakat terhadap KMT juga didukung KAI Commuter dengan memberlakukan lebih banyak stasiun yang khusus melayani uang elektronik, termasuk KMT. Sepanjang 2021 terdapat 41 stasiun yang menjadi stasiun khusus uang elektronik. Dengan demikian, total saat ini ada 50 Stasiun yang khusus hanya melayani transaksi dengan KMT dan kartu uang elektronik dari bank yang telah bekerja sama dengan KAI Commuter.
Tahun 2022 pengguna KMT akan semakin mudah melakukan isi ulang. Jika saat ini saldo KMT sudah dapat dicek melalui ponsel pada aplikasi KRL Access dengan memanfaatkan fitur NFC, maka tahun ini rencananya isi ulang KMT juga dapat dilakukan melalui aplikasi KRL Access.
Selain modernisasi dan peningkatan layanan di Jabodetabek, KAI Commuter juga diberikan penugasan oleh KAI sebagai induk usaha untuk mengoperasikan layanan KA Lokal (pada tahun 2020) dan operasional KRL Yogyakarta-Solo (tahun 2021). Melalui penugasan tersebut, secara otomatis jangkauan operasional KAI Commuter pun bertambah luas. Dari yang sebelumnya hanya melayani wilayah Jabodetabek dengan 80 stasiun, saat ini KAI Commuter melayani 105 stasiun yang tersebar di wilayah Rangkasbitung hingga Merak dan Kutoarjo hingga Solo Balapan.
Untuk menjaga agar tarif yang dibayarkan pengguna KRL tetap wajar, Kementerian Perhubungan selama ini memberikan subsidi tarif dalam bentuk Public Service Obligation (PSO) yang nilainya terus bertambah. Pada tahun 2021 realisasi subsidi PSO bagi pengguna KRL mencapai Rp 2,14 Triliun dari program senilai Rp 1,99 Triliun. Sementara pada tahun sebelumnya realisasi subsidi pengguna KRL sebanyak Rp 1,65 Triliun dari program senilai Rp 1,55 Triliun.
Seluruh penambahan fasilitas dan pelayanan yang merupakan kolaborasi dan sinergi antara pemerintah dengan KAI Commuter adalah berasal dari masukan dan dukungan pengguna. - Merupakan warganegara selain Turki (mereka yang sebelumnya merupakan warganegara Turki tidak dapat mendaftar).
- Sebelumnya tidak terdaftar sebagai mahasiswa di universitas Turki pada jenjang studi yang dilamar.
- Telah menyelesaikan SMA/SMK/Sederajat, S1 atau S2 sebelum Agustus 2022. Untuk pelamar kelas 12 SMA/SMK/Sederajat, atau mahasiswa yang akan lulus sebelum Agustus 2022 juga bisa mendaftar.
- Berusia tidak lebih dari 21 tahun untuk pelamar program S1, maksimal 30 tahun untuk pelamar program S2, dan maksimal 35 tahun untuk pelamar program S3.
- Nilai rata-rata minimum 70 untuk pelamar beasiswa S1, minimum 75 untuk pelamar beasiswa S2 dan S3, serta minimum 90 untuk pelamar Program Kedokteran, Kedokteran Gigi, dan Farmasi.

- Pilihan universitas dan jurusan (maksimal 12 pilihan). Sebaiknya fokus pada satu jurusan.
CATATAN:
1. Beberapa jurusan/program studi mungkin akan memberikan persyaratan dan berkas dokumen tambahan (misal: skor TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, dsb). Pastikan anda memenuhi persyaratan dan dokumen yang diminta oleh program studi yang anda lamar. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. You should be aware that there are certain things that KAURI will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but KAURI cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, KAURI cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, KAURI cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to KAURI’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. KAURI accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. KAURI does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Volume pengguna KRL pada Senin pagi ini (17/1) tidak jauh berbeda dengan Senin pada pekan lalu. Data KAI Commuter pukul 08.00 WIB menunjukkam volume pengguna mencapai 151.373 orang, atau hampir sama dengan Senin pekan lalu di waktu yang sama yaitu 151.272 orang. Volume pengguna KRL Jabodetabek pada hari kerja di tahun 2022 ini konsisten berada di sekitar 500 ribu pengguna per hari, dengan hari Senin mencatatkan volume pengguna tertinggi yaitu 528 ribu pengguna pada hari Senin tanggal 3 Januari dan 10 Januari lalu. Namun jika dirata-rata dengan pengguna saat akhir pekan, maka rata-rata volume pengguna KRL Jabodetabek per Januari 2022 ini adalah 464.198 pengguna setiap harinya.
Hari ini sejumlah stasiun yang mencatat kenaikan volume pengguna dibanding pekan sebelumnya antara lain Stasiun Citayam (10.821 pengguna, naik 7%) dan Stasiun Depok Baru (6.953, naik 6%). Sementara stasiun yang mencatat penurunan volume pengguna antara lain Stasiun Cilebut (7.469, turun 9%) dan Stasiun Parungpanjang (4.834, turun 12%).
Dengan volume pengguna yang mulai berkisar di angka 500 ribu pengguna per hari, KAI Commuter akan tetap memaksimalkan pengaturan pengguna terkait protokol kesehatan dan jaga jarak. Lebih dari 50% perjalanan KRL yang mencapai 1.005 perjalanan per hari telah beroperasi di jam-jam sibuk pagi dan sore hari KAI Commuter untuk melayani pengguna. Meskipun demikian, karena mobilitas masyarakat yang hanya terpusat di waktu-waktu tersebut, akan terdapat antrean penyekatan di Stasiun untuk mengatur jumlah orang yang dapat naik ke dalam kereta.
Agar dapat terhindar dari potensi antrean dan kepadatan pengguna dapat merencanakan perjalanan dan melihat informasi situasi antrean maupun posisi KRL secara real time melalui aplikasi KRL Access. Jika memungkinkan, gunakan KRL di luar jam-jam sibuk.
Selain itu pengguna juga kami ajak bersiap memasuki musim penghujan dengan senantiasa membawa payung atau jas hujan, serta memakai alas kaki yang tidak licin agar mobilitasnya tidak terganggu. KAI Commuter juga meminta pengguna tetap disiplin mengikuti protokol kesehatan terutama mengenai penggunaan masker ganda dengan masker medis yang dilapis masker kain di sisi luar. Selain itu fasilitas wastafel tambahan juga masih tersedia di seluruh stasiun dan dapat dimanfaatkan pengguna untuk mencuci tangan sebelum maupun sesudah naik KRL.
