Layanan KAI Commuter beroperasi normal pada masa masa PPKM Level 3 mulai 8 Februari 2022 lalu. Meski demikian sejumlah pengetatan dalam protokol kesehatan akan dilakukan untuk kesehatan seluruh pengguna KRL. Aturan dan protokol kesehatan di masa PPKM Level 3 ini tetap merujuk kepada Surat Edaran Kementerian Perhubungan Nomor 97 tahun 2021 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Perjalanan Orang Dalam Negeri dengan Transportasi Perkeretaapian Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19.
Para pengguna KRL wajib menggunakan masker ganda dengan masker medis dilapis masker kain di luar. Atau, para pengguna juga dapat menggunakan masker dengan filtrasi di atas 93% antara lain N95, KN95, dan KF94. KAI Commuter nengajak para pengguna mempersiapkan masker sesuai ketentuan sebelum masuk stasiun agar tidak dicegah untuk masuk. Aturan untuk tidak berbicara secara langsung maupun melalui sambungan telepon selama berada di dalam kereta juga masih berlaku.
Selain itu pengguna juga tetap diminta menyiapkan sertifikat vaksin melalui aplikasi Peduli Lindungi ataupun secara fisik. Aturan untuk anak-anak saat ini masih berlaku yaitu, anak usia di bawah lima tahun (Balita) belum diizinkan menggunakan KRL, sementara anak usia 5-12 tahun dapat menggunakan KRL dengan didampingi orang tuanya.
Beberapa aturan tambahan lainnya yang diterapkan KAI Commuter sejak pandemi Covid-19 yaitu pengguna dengan barang bawaan berukuran besar untuk kebutuhan berdagang diatur dapat menggunakan KRL pada jadwal-jadwal kereta pertama dan di luar jam-jam sibuk. Sedangkan bagi lansia diarahkan untuk naik KRL pada jam 10:00 – 14:00 WIB.
Jam operasional KRL pada masa PPKM Level 3 ini tetap pada pukul 04:00 – 22:00 WIB dengan 1.005 perjalanan KRL setiap hari. Jam operasional dan jam perjalanan ini tetap meski dalam beberapa pekan terakhir volume pengguna KRL cenderung turun sejalan dengan masyarakat yang kembali beraktivitas dari rumah. Sepanjang Januari lalu, volume pengguna KRL per harinya mencapai 451.738. Sementara hingga 9 Februari, rata-rata volume pengguna KRL setiap harinya hanya 378.275 atau turun 16,2 persen dibanding bulan Januari. Sejak pemberlakuan PPKM, volume pengguna KRL yaitu 372.965 dan 383.613 pengguna pada 8 dan 9 Februari 2022.
Meskipun demikian, mobilitas pengguna masih terpusat di jam sibuk pagi dan sore hari sehingga pada waktu-waktu tersebut ada potensi kepadatan di stasiun maupun kereta. Untuk itu, petugas di stasiun akan melakukan antrean penyekatan guna membatasi jumlah orang yang dapat naik ke kereta. Agar terhindar dari antrean ini, pengguna dapat mengikuti informasi kepadatan stasiun dan posisi real time KRL melalui aplikasi KRL Access. Selain itu, masyarakat yang masih harus beraktivitas keluar rumah menggunakan transportasi publik juga kami himbau dapat memanfaatkan KRL yang sangat lengang pada waktu di luar jam-jam sibuk.
KAI Commuter juga terus memaksimalkan upaya pencegahan penularan Covid-19 dengan menjaga kebersihan KRL maupun stasiun. Di stasiun, petugas On Station Cleaning (OSC) rutin membersihkan lokasi yang sering disentuh pengguna dengan cairan pembersih dan disinfektan. Selain itu, di KRL petugas On Trip Cleaning (OTC) juga membersihkan area yang banyak disentuh pengguna hingga detil seperti pegangan tangan, pintu, dan jendela. Setiap harinya usai beroperasi, juga dilakukan pencucian dan penyemprotan disinfektan untuk seluruh rangkaian KRL.

Mengawali pekan kedua Februari Senin (7/2), pengguna KRL di seluruh stasiun hingga pukul 08.00 WIB tercatat 116.705 orang. Angka ini berkurang 8% dibanding waktu yang sama pekan lalu yaitu 126.725 orang. Hal ini sejalan dengan himbauan pemerintah untuk masyarakat kembali melakukan aktivitasnya dari rumah untuk mencegah peningkatan kasus Covid-19 terutama varian omicron yang kemampuan transmisinya sangat tinggi.
Sejumlah stasiun tetap dipadati pengguna, namun pagi ini jumlahnya turun antara lain Stasiun Bogor (8.988 pengguna, turun 8%), Stasiun Bojonggede (9.381 pengguna, turun 8%), dan Stasiun Sudimara (3.287 pengguna, turun 5%).
KAI Commuter konsisten menerapkan protokol kesehatan bagi penggunanya dengan wajib menunjukkan sertifikat vaksin sebelum naik KRL, penggunaan masker ganda atau masker yang sesuai ketentuan, serta mengimbau pengguna untuk menjaga jarak baik di stasiun maupun di dalam KRL. Petugas dengan tegas akan melarang pengguna masuk area stasiun apabila kedapatan tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan.
Sejumlah larangan lainnya, seperti anak balita dilarang naik KRL kecuali untuk keperluan medis, pembatasan waktu bagi lansia untuk naik KRL hanya diperbolehkan pukul 10.00-14.00 WIB masih diberlakukan. Untuk itu KAI Commuter memohon kerja sama dari seluruh pengguna untuk bersama mengikuti aturan tersebut.
KAI Commuter juga mengajak pengguna mengatur waktu perjalanannya dengan mengakses aplikasi KRL Access agar terhindar dari potensi kepadatan di stasiun maupun di dalam KRL. Gunakan Kartu Multi Trip (KMT) atau kartu uang elektronik bank untuk mengurangi penggunaan uang tunai dan mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam penerapan cashless society.

Memasuki bulan Februari volume pengguna KRL cenderung stabil dengan rata-rata 390.407 pengguna per hari. Jika dibandingkan rata-rata selama Januari yang mencapai 451.738 pengguna per hari, maka ada jumlah pengguna KRL telah turun 13,5%. Meski mulai terlihat penurunan jumlah pengguna seiring himbauan kembali beraktivitas dari rumah, KAI Commuter tetap mengoperasikan 1.005 perjalanan KRL Jabodetabek per hari dengan jam operasional pukul 04.00-22.00 WIB.
Guna menghindari kepadatan pengguna yang biasanya terjadi di awal pekan, KAI Commuter mengimbau pengguna dapat mengatur jadwal perjalanannya dengan mengakses aplikasi KRL Access. Dalam aplikasi tersebut, pengguna dapat memantau kepadatan di stasiun, melihat jadwal perjalanan, dan posisi real time KRL.
Ditengah terus meningkatnya penyebaran Covid-19, KAI Commuter tetap konsisten menerapkan protokol kesehatan bagi penggunanya dan menerapkan sejumlah aturan tambahan yang ada sejak pandemi. Konsistensi ini antara lain dengan melakukan pemeriksaan sertifikat vaksin, pemeriksaan suhu tubuh, dan menjaga jarak. Selain itu, pengguna diwajibkan menggunakan masker ganda atau masker dengan filtrasi di atas 93% antara lain N95, KF95, dan KF94. KAI Commuter meminta pengguna KRL untuk bekerja sama menekan penyebaran Covid-19 dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Selain itu, KAI Commuter juga mengajak pengguna untuk saling mengingatkan maupun meminta bantunan kepada petugas terdekat di stasiun dan kereta untuk menegur pengguna yang kurang tertib protokol kesehatan.

Stasiun Bojonggede misalnya, yang pekan lalu mencatat ada 11.713 pengguna, hingga pagi ini hanya tercatat 10.194 pengguna atau berkurang 13%. Sementara itu di Stasiun Bekasi pada pekan lalu ada 9.384 pengguna, hingga pagi ini tercatat 7.669 pengguna atau berkurang 19%.
Pengguna KRL yang mayoritas merupakan pekerja diperkirakan hari ini sebagian bekerja dari rumah sehingga volume pengguna turub. Selain itu, hari libur nasional Tahun Baru Imlek yang jatuh pada Selasa (1/2) esok juga membuat sebagian pengguna KRL meneruskan akhir pekan dengan berkegiatan di rumah saja.
Walaupun demikian, KAI Commuter tetap mengoperasikan 1.005 perjalanan per hari yang dimulai pukul 04.00-22.00 WIB. Pengguna diminta disiplin dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan saat tiba di stasiun dan berada di dalam KRL. Persiapkan sertifikat vaksin baik dalam bentuk digital maupun cetak untuk diperlihatkan ke petugas di stasiun.
KAI Commuter juga mengajak pengguna mengatur waktu perjalanannya dengan mengakses aplikasi KRL Access agar terhindar dari potensi kepadatan di stasiun maupun di dalam KRL. Gunakan Kartu Multi Trip (KMT) atau kartu uang elektronik bank untuk mengurangi penggunaan uang tunai dan mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam penerapan cashless society.

Peringatan Tahun Baru Imlek tahun ini bertepatan dengan Selasa (1/2) mendatang yang juga sudah ditetapkan sebagai hari libur nasional. Pada akhir pekan ini hingga libur Tahun Baru Imlek di hari Selasa, KAI Commuter tetap melayani pengguna secara normal sebagaimana yang berlaku di masa pandemi.
KAI Commuter tetap mengoperasikan 1.005 perjalanan KRL Jabodetabek per harinya dengan jam operational pukul 04:00 – 22:00 WIB. Seluruh aturan dan protokol kesehatan juga tetap wajib diikuti oleh para pengguna.
Pengguna yang hendak memasuki area stasiun wajib menunjukkan sertifikat vaksin, mengikuti pengukuran suhu tubuh, dan menggunakan masker ganda. Para pengguna juga dihimbau mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah naik KRL dengan memanfaatkan wastafel tambahan yang tersedia di seluruh stasiun.
Petugas akan memaksimalkan upaya jaga jarak aman sesama pengguna antara lain dengan melakukan antrean penyekatan bilamana diperlukan, terutama saat jam-jam sibuk. Para pengguna juga diminta mengikuti marka yang ada di stasiun dan kereta untuk posisi duduk maupun berdiri.
Meskipun tetap beroperasi, KAI Commuter menghimbau pengguna untuk memaksimalkan aktivitas dari rumah, sesuai anjuran pemerintah di tengah meningkatnya kasus Covid-19 dalam beberapa pekan terakhir. Sedangkan bagi pengguna yang masih harus beraktivitas, dapat memanfaatkan KRL pada akhir pekan ini atau saat libur Hari Raya Imlek pada Selasa mendatang untuk kembali ke wilayahnya tempat aktivitasnya. Hal ini untuk mengantisipasi kepadatan, mengingat biasanya hari Senin ataupun hari pertama kerja usai libur selalu mencatat volume pengguna KRL tertinggi dalam tiap pekan.
Volume pengguna KRL pada hari kerja pekan keempat Januari kembali menunjukkan tren turun dibanding pekan sebelumnya. Sepanjang hari kerja pekan lalu tercatat rata-rata KRL Jabodetabek melayani 478.544 pengguna per hari, atau turun 4,1% dibanding pekan ketiga yang rata-rata mencapai 499.100 pengguna tiap harinya.
KMT Edisi Khusus Landmark Kota Bogor
Pada akhir pekan ini, KAI Commuter juga mulai menjual Kartu Multi Trip (KMT) edisi khusus Landmark Kota Bogor. Desain KMT tersebut sebelumnya pada 17 Desember lalu telah diperkenalkan kepada publik oleh Direktur Utama PT KAI, Wali Kota Bogor, dan Gubernur Jawa Barat bertepatan dengan peresmian Alun-alun Bogor yang terhubung langsung dengan Stasiun Bogor.
Sejak Sabtu (29/1) KMT edisi khusus ini dapat diperoleh di loket seluruh Stasiun KRL Jabodetabek maupun Yogyakarta – Solo. KAI Commuter berharap KMT edisi khusus ini dapat semakin menarik minat masyarakat khususnya pengguna KRL untuk beralih dari transaksi tunai menggunakan tiket harian ke transaksi non-tunai dengan KMT.
